 Parent Coach

Hey Beautiful,

I am a wife, mom, author and mental health advocate.

Expert by experience, my family has navigated the journey of recovery, mental health challenges, the highs and lows, and "life in between" all while trying to balance the relationship between dad and daughter. We navigated through setbacks and adversity to get to resilience, healing, and growth.  Let me do the same with you.

Do these things cause you to lose sleep at night? Worrying about your children's well-being, feeling frustrated with the inconsistency of the other parent, feeling anxious about the safety of your children, a sense of dread when the phone rings and so much more. Perhaps, your daughter could benefit from our "Empowering Daughters Building Stronger Relationship program".

The solutions may vary based on the other parent's stage of recovery, the age and needs of your children and the relationship between the co-parents. However, I am here to partner with you to get the best outcomes for yourself and your children. Once I chose to put me and my daughter first and prayed for guidance, my life shifted I no longer felt powerless. Let's work on promoting healthy behaviors for you as well as finding healthier ways to support your children's well-being and foster a positive environment.

My own failed engagement led me on a path to guiding other woman who struggle emotionally while trying to have a shared co-parenting experience.  Along with thirty years of experience working with children and families, I was able to fulfill my personal goal of obtaining a master's in clinical psychology

My mission is to foster a safe and compassionate space where members can share their experiences, find understanding and build resilience together. Perhaps you and your children are looking for different tools, strategies, and resources that have helped so many.

I authored my first book, Play Nice: The Journey of Parenting, Co-Parenting and Life in Between. I take you through my personal journey of co-parenting with an ex who was battling a few "life in between issues.  I let you in on the struggles of trying to keep the bond between dad and daughter, while acknowledging the strain addiction puts on the family. As a bonus, at the end of each chapter, there are lessons to keep you encouraged on your journey. It is difficult to be at your best when you are feeling "powerless."  Your feelings and emotions will affect how you parent, co-parent and show up in the world for you and your children.
